Company 1 is one of three companies in the Terryville Fire
Department. The selfless volunteers of the Terryville Fire
Department proudly protect the Port Jefferson Station/Terryville
Community. Company 1 operates out of Station 1 located at 19
Jayne Blvd, Port Jefferson Station, NY which is the largest firehouse in Terryville. Hence the slogan, "The Big House".
We operate an Engine,
Tower Ladder, Fire Police and a Brush Truck. In addition, Company
1 has an additional ambulance to supplement the paid ALS
Emergency Medical Staff.
Company 1 has won the "Warren Yates Award" for training
in 2006 and 2007.
